Privacy Policy
The short version: we use your photos only to make the videos you ask for. We don’t show ads, we don’t track you across other apps or websites, and we don’t sell your data.
This policy explains how Dreamore, listed in the App Store as “AI Video Generator & Dance” (“the app”, “we”, “us”), handles your information. The app is developed by Furkan Çetin, an independent developer based in Türkiye, who is responsible for your data. Questions go to support@dreamoreapp.com.
What we collect
Account information
- When you first open the app, we create an anonymous account identifier so your credits and creations belong to you. It isn’t linked to your name or email.
- If you choose to save your account with Sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the email address and, if you share it, the name that service provides. With Apple you can hide your email and share a private relay address instead.
Photos and creations
- The photos you upload to create a video or image.
- The videos and images the app generates for you, and the effect you chose.
Purchases
- Your subscription status, purchase history and credit balance. Apple handles payment; we never see your card or payment details.
Notifications
- If you allow notifications, a device token so we can tell you when a video is ready.
Technical information
- Basic technical data needed to run the service, such as app version, device type, and records of generation requests (time, status and errors).
What we don’t do
- We don’t show ads and don’t use advertising or cross-app tracking tools.
- We don’t sell or rent your personal data.
- We don’t use your photos to identify you, and we don’t build face recognition profiles.
- We don’t use your photos or creations to train AI models.
How we use your information
- To create the videos and images you request and show them in your Library.
- To manage your subscription, credits, restores and refunds of failed generations.
- To send the notifications you’ve allowed.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, fix problems and answer support requests.
- To meet legal obligations.
We process your data to provide the service you asked for (performance of a contract), for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and working, with your consent where required (for example notifications), and to comply with the law.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help run the app, and only as much as they need:
- Google Firebase (Google LLC): sign-in, database, file storage, server functions and notifications.
- AI generation providers: your photo and the chosen effect are sent to the AI model provider that runs that effect, only to produce your result.
- RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.): manages subscriptions and in-app purchases.
- Apple and Google: if you use Sign in with Apple or Google, and Apple for payments.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the European Union and the United States. When they do, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Your photos and creations are kept while your account exists, so they stay in your Library.
- You can remove a creation from your Library in the app at any time.
- When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account data, photos and creations within 30 days, except purchase records we must keep by law.
- If you delete the app without saving your account, the anonymous account can no longer be reached from your device. Contact us if you want its data deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the EU/UK GDPR and Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how we process it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email support@dreamoreapp.com from the address linked to your account, or tell us how you signed in. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children
The app isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Security
Data travels over encrypted connections, and access to stored data is restricted by account. No service can promise perfect security, but we work to protect your information and review our safeguards regularly.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above. For significant changes, we’ll let you know in the app or on this site.
