Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Dreamore, listed in the App Store as “AI Video Generator & Dance” (“the app”), provided by Furkan Çetin (“we”, “us”). By using the app, you agree to them. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent permitted.

Who can use the app

You must be at least 13 years old. If you’re under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission, and they agree to these terms on your behalf.

Your account

The app creates an anonymous account when you first open it. If you don’t save it with Sign in with Apple or Google, deleting the app can mean losing your credits and creations. Restoring purchases moves your subscription and remaining credits to your current account.

Subscriptions

  • AI Video Pro is available as a weekly or monthly auto-renewing subscription. It gives you access to all effects and a set number of credits each period (currently 100 per week or 400 per month).
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
  • Manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone’s Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.
  • Prices are shown in the app and the App Store in your local currency and may change with notice.

Credits

  • Each generation uses credits. The app shows the cost before you create. Creating requires an active subscription.
  • Credits come with your subscription each period, or as one-time credit packs.
  • Unused credits carry over when your subscription renews.
  • If a generation fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
  • Credits have no cash value and can’t be sold, transferred to another person, or exchanged for money.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple, and we can’t issue refunds ourselves. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Credits from a refunded purchase may be removed from your balance.

Your photos and creations

  • You keep your rights to the photos you upload.
  • You give us permission to store, process and send your photos to our AI providers only as needed to create your results and run the service.
  • You may save, share and use your creations, as long as you follow these terms and the law, including the rights of the people shown.
  • Results are generated by AI. They can be unexpected or inaccurate, and other users may get similar results. Examples in the app and on this site are illustrative.

What you must not do

You’re responsible for what you upload and create. Don’t use the app to:

  • Upload photos of other people without their permission, or of a child unless you’re their parent or guardian or have their permission.
  • Create sexual or nude content, or any content that sexualizes minors.
  • Impersonate someone, mislead people about what really happened, commit fraud, or harass, bully or threaten anyone.
  • Create hateful, violent, or illegal content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
  • Reverse-engineer, overload, scrape or interfere with the app or its services, or get around its limits.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. To report misuse, email support@dreamoreapp.com.

Our app

The app, its design, effects and brand belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app; they don’t transfer ownership.

Changes and availability

We may add, change or remove effects and features. We work to keep the app running, but it may sometimes be unavailable. If we change these terms materially, we’ll update the date above and let you know in the app or on this site.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time; see how to delete your data. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your Apple subscription, so cancel that separately.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
